Shipping takes 5-14 days. Standard shipping is free across Australia on every order, with no minimum spend, and orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Returns
Try it on your messiest fur day. If it isn't right for you and your pet, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Unused items in original packaging can be returned for a full refund
- Already tried it on your pet? Give it a rinse and send it back — we still accept it within 30 days
- Return shipping is free for orders within Australia
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
