Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and offer full refunds within 30 days of delivery for items that meet our return criteria.

• Unused items should be returned in their original packaging
• Tried it on your pet? Rinse and dry it before sending it back — gently used returns are still accepted
• Items must be undamaged and free of tears or chew marks

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds:

• Clearance items marked final sale
• Gift cards
• Items damaged by chewing or misuse
• Opened consumables and refill sachets

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If the problem persists, please contact us at support@yourstore.com.

Exchanges

If a product isn't the right match for your pet, start a return and place a new order for the one you want. Our team is happy to recommend the best option for your pet's coat or paws.
